30 Minute Beef and Broccoli Ramen Recipe

This recipe originally appeared on Food Fanatic, and was written by the fabulous Nora Rušev of the blog Savory Nothings. She’s sharing a delicious ramen recipe that is going to please your entire family, AND get you out of the kitchen in a flash!

While this recipe wasn’t originally written as “big batch”, I’ve converted it below for your convenience. Please make sure to visit Nora’s blog. I am loving her Pasta with Broccoli and Cauliflower, the Beef Tips & Gravy Skillet, and basically her entire Beef catalog is going on my “to make” list.

  2. Whisk all sauce ingredients together in a medium bowl and set aside.
  3. Heat the oil in a large skillet and brown the steak. Remove from the pan and set aside. Drain the noodles.
  4. Add the broccoli to the pan and cook until almost done, about 5 minutes.
  5. Add the meat back to the pan together with the noodles and pour the sauce on top. Toss until the sauce is bubbly and thickened, about 2-3 minutes.
